Yes. $99 once for the complete rebuilt site, and nothing before you've seen it live. There is no monthly or yearly fee for the site or its hosting. The one optional extra is your own domain with a mailbox, below — you only pay for it if you choose it.

The only yearly charge we have is the optional own-domain add-on: $39 the first year, then $49 a year for the domain and its mailbox, cancel any time. Cancel it and your site simply stays online at its free sitessmith.com address.

Yes, and it can stay where it is. Once you have bought the site, you connect it from the Domain tab of your panel: a few settings at the company that runs your domain, which the panel shows and checks for you. Your domain and your email stay exactly where they are, and putting the old settings back undoes it. Rather we looked after the domain itself? We can move it to us instead. Either way it is the own-domain plan: $39 the first year, then $49 a year. How the domain works

Yes. Every site comes with a customer panel: change any wording, and edit your lists — menu, price list, services, opening hours — row by row, including the photos in them. Changes go live in seconds, and there's nothing to install. Stuck, or rather not do it yourself? Ask in the Help tab of your panel and we make the change. For a new photo, tell us which one to use (from your current site, your Facebook page or a shared link) and we put it in.

There isn't one, but there is a deadline: the preview stays reserved at its address for about a month. If you pass, it comes down and that's the end of it — no follow-up calls, no pressure.

SiteSmith is run by its founder, Michał Malik, through his software company Rosseta Systems sp. z o.o. — registered in Poland, in the European Union (KRS 0000482365). We work with small businesses in the US entirely online, by email and through your customer panel, which is what keeps the price low.

You don't have to take our word for anything: you see the finished site live before you pay a cent, and card payments go through Stripe, so we never see your card number. Questions go to michal@sitessmithhq.com.

You also get the files, so you can move to any host whenever you want (we help you put them there), and you can switch our hosting off from your panel at any time.

At panel.sitessmith.com, with the email address you paid with — we send you a one-time code, there is no password. The same link sits in the footer of your own site.

Reply to the preview email and say so. Reasonable tweaks — wording, photos, hours, colors — are part of the service.
