Because we don't bill by the hour. We built software that does most of the work of a rebuild — reading your current site, laying out the pages, writing the code — so a finished site costs us a fraction of a hand-built one. You only pay for finished work: we build the whole site before you decide.

After that, nothing is monthly. A site like this costs us very little to host, so hosting at yourbusiness.sitessmith.com is included for as long as you keep the site — and so is the panel where you edit your text, prices, photos and opening hours yourself.

Fair questions

Is it really $99 — total?

Yes. $99 once for the complete rebuilt site, and nothing before you've seen it live. There is no monthly or yearly fee for the site or its hosting. The one optional extra is your own domain with a mailbox, below — you only pay for it if you choose it.

Already have a preview from us? If we sent it before September 25, 2026, you keep the $49 we quoted you — your buy page shows your price.

What does the second year cost?

Nothing, for the website. Hosting at yourbusiness.sitessmith.com, your panel and reasonable changes stay included; nothing renews. The only yearly charge we have is the optional own-domain add-on: $39 the first year, then $49 a year for the domain and its mailbox, cancel any time. Cancel it and your site simply stays online at its free sitessmith.com address.

Can I use the domain I already have?

Yes. From your panel you bring it to us: we move it to our registrar in your name, put your site live on it with HTTPS and keep any email you already run on it working. That is the domain add-on — $39 the first year (the transfer adds a year to your domain), then $49 a year. Leaving later is free: we hand you the transfer code. How the domain works

Can I update it myself later — and use my own photos?

Yes. Every site comes with a customer panel: change any wording, and edit your lists — menu, price list, services, opening hours — row by row, and upload your own photos. Changes go live in seconds, and there's nothing to install and nobody to call. Rather not do it yourself? Send us the photos or the new text and we put them in.

What's the catch?

There isn't one, but there is a deadline: the preview stays reserved at its address for about a month. If you pass, it comes down and that's the end of it — no follow-up calls, no pressure.

Who is behind SiteSmith?

SiteSmith is run by its founder, Michał Malik, through his software company Rosseta Systems sp. z o.o. — registered in Poland, in the European Union (KRS 0000482365). We work with small businesses in the US entirely online, by email and through your customer panel, which is what keeps the price low.

You don't have to take our word for anything: you see the finished site live before you pay a cent, and card payments go through Stripe, so we never see your card number. Questions go to michal@sitessmithhq.com.

I only have a Facebook page.

Perfect — a lot of our builds start exactly there. We create your first proper website from the ground up using your public business info — name, hours, photos, what you do — and you check every word on the live preview before taking it.

Where is my site hosted, and what does that cost?

Nothing, now or later. Hosting is part of the $99: we host your site at yourbusiness.sitessmith.com with HTTPS for as long as you keep it, with no monthly or yearly fee. You also get the files, so you can move to any host whenever you want, and you can switch our hosting off from your panel at any time.

Where do I sign in to manage my site?

At panel.sitessmith.com, with the email address you paid with — we send you a one-time code, there is no password. The same link sits in the footer of your own site.

What if I want something changed?

Reply to the preview email and say so. Reasonable tweaks — wording, photos, hours, colors — are part of the service.
